Most of my clients come to me at the same crossroads: they're tired of talking about it. They've done the work - in therapy, in journaling, in peer support. They can analyze their thoughts, name their feelings, and understand how their pain began. Yet they can't seem to shift it.

This is where I help. I work with the mind as just one organ is a larger system, not the core of who we are. I see our whole biological form as being in constant adaptation to our lived experience. A system that is pushing us in two conflicting directions - toward a sense of control, and toward deeper meaning. Like any evolving system, it can be sat with, listened to, and reprogrammed. I support clients as they create space in their current form for evolution - in their minds, in their nervous systems, in their myofascia, and in their energy flow. I specialize in doing this with clients who have backgrounds of LGBTQ+ minority stress, complex trauma, familial sexual violence, and narcissistic abuse.

My primary services are Body Wisdom Coaching (talk with guided somatics) and Psychological Bodywork (touch with sensation tracking). I also teach yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
