Sarah Ann Saeger, MA, LAC, LAMFT, LCADC, ERYT-500 is a holistic, trauma-informed therapist who helps people express their authentic selves and cultivate connected relationships. She is trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy and integrative somatic approaches. Classically trained and still creatively experimenting with kriya yoga, Sanskrit, and felt sense writing, Sarah draws from her background as a yoga teacher and writer to interweave embodied and experimental modalities in the healing process.
